AIForum25 aims to connect the scientific-research community, the government, and public administration with the business world, with the primary goal of highlighting that AI can lead to new levels of development, solve complex problems, and contribute to creating a better future for everyone.
Through a comprehensive series of presentations on the latest developments, case studies, and cutting-edge research projects, the conference aims to equip participants not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical tools to develop a holistic vision for the application of AI.
Leading thought leaders, business executives, and policymakers will present innovative ideas and new developments that inspire and open up new avenues for thinking and action. Through the thematic panels of AIForum25, live discussions and presentations will also be held, with experts exchanging views on the key challenges and opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence.
The aim of the Conference is to promote the development and effective utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
AIForum25 will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, organized by AI Catalyst, in collaboration with ethosEVENTS, in person at the Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre and online through the LiveOn Expo Complex, LiveOn’s innovative 3D exhibition and conference centre, which is the digital platform for Business Communication and Events.
The event is under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Governance.

Satellite Presentations
As part of AIForum25, 45-minute Satellite Presentations will be held, offering businesses and organizations the opportunity to showcase innovative ideas, solutions, and applications in the field of artificial intelligence.
The presentations will be held in a parallel conference room, and each can be attended by up to 100 participants who will have full access to the venue and the AIForum25 program.
