Antigoni Papanikolaou is Head of Legal Affairs for Microsoft Greece, Cyprus & Malta. She holds a law degree from Aristotle University and an LL.M. from the College of Europe. Her career spans roles at the EU Commission, European Court of First Instance, Papaconstantinou H. Law Offices, Coca-Cola Hellas SA, and Papastratos (PMI). At Microsoft since 2012, she has held leadership roles across Legal and Government Affairs, supporting landmark projects like “Ancient Olympia: Common Grounds” and the Greek Azure DC Region. She currently also serves on both the Greek Leadership Team and the Europe South Multi Country Leadership Team.
