Nika Elisavet is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Covariance, a company at the forefront of AI innovation. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors in Greece, she entered the Greek start-up ecosystem in 2019, co-founding COVARIANCE P.C.

The company empowers leading insurance and healthcare organizations in Greece and Cyprus to deliver transformative AI solutions—maximizing customer value, reducing costs through the integration of anti-fraud solutions, and embedding real-time analytics into existing systems and processes.

She is an Economist, a PhDc at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
