Lisa Zipkis is the Chief Operating Officer at StartupBlink, a global innovation research center that maps and ranks startup ecosystems in over 1,000 cities and 100 countries. In her role, Lisa leads operations that help governments, corporates, and ecosystem builders leverage data to accelerate innovation and strengthen local startup ecosystems. As part of StartupBlink’s team, she contributes to efforts to foster meaningful relationships and partnerships across the global innovation community. She has worked for five government agencies in Australia and abroad, including in trade and investment, and has been integral to building startups in Chile and the United States. Lisa brings extensive experience in supporting entrepreneurship and market development across diverse contexts.
