Panagiotis Papadimitroulas is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Informatics at the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and Co-Founder of BIOEMTECH, where he also serves as Advisor of the Software Department. He holds a Diploma in Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Medical Physics from the University of Patras, and a PhD in Medical Physics. He has also been awarded a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY). His academic and professional career bridges research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, focusing on the development and application of Monte Carlo simulations and Artificial Intelligence techniques in medicine, particularly in precision medicine. In 2023 and 2024, he was included in the Stanford–Elsevier Top 2% Scientists list, recognizing his global impact in the scientific community.
